11tka Terms & Conditions — Rules for Bangladesh Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 11tka ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any feature of the 11tka platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all services offered through the 11tka platform, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live casino tables, crash games, and fishing games. 11tka reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the 11tka platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 11tka operates a strict 21+ policy and takes age verification seriously. Players who are found to be under 21 will have their accounts immediately closed and any balance will be handled in accordance with these Terms.

Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 11tka platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether for the purposes of circumventing bonus restrictions, avoiding a self-exclusion, or for any other reason, is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 11tka will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. KYC Verification

11tka operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit valid identification documents before making withdrawals, in response to a compliance review, or at any time at 11tka's discretion. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal functionality or, in cases of suspected fraud, account closure.

Deposits

The minimum deposit at 11tka is ৳200. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposits are credited to your 11tka wallet in real time upon confirmation of the transfer. 11tka does not charge fees for deposits made via supported Bangladesh mobile banking methods; however, your mobile banking provider's own transaction fees, if any, remain your responsibility. Deposits must be made using a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be subject to investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 11tka are processed to the verified mobile banking account registered to your 11tka profile. Disputed Transactions

If you believe a transaction has been processed incorrectly, you must notify 11tka support within 72 hours of the transaction date. 11tka will investigate all reported disputes and respond within a reasonable timeframe. To facilitate the investigation, you may be required to provide supporting documentation such as mobile banking transaction screenshots. 11tka's decision following a completed investigation will be final, subject to any applicable legal rights.

11tka may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.

Game Rules

Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. 11tka accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

All players are strongly encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time reminders, and loss limits through their account settings.
